Dealer Continuing Education Training
We offer several Continuing Education Courses throughout the year for the HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing and Hydronic trades. We provide options for our Contractors to receive their CEU's and are reported to the licensing entity and receive a certificate with all of the necessary information.
Training opportunities are communicated months in advance to ensure there is proper time to help our Contractors plan accordingly in their busy schedules.
Local and job site delivery
We offer daily deliveries to new construction or retro-fit replacement job sites throughout our delivery areas with designated time slots for orders called in advance to ensure we meet our customers expectations.
We deliver to our Contractor's shops on a daily basis in our local branch areas and deliver throughout our entire territory with a dedicated weekly schedule to make sure our Customers receive their product when they are expecting it.
E-Commerce ordering
Our E-Commerce service is our fastest growing way of placing orders with our company in the last few years. Orders can be placed over computers, smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices.
Our E-Commerce package allows you to place orders or bids, check pricing and availability of product, build favorite items categories among other advantages to help our Customers save time and money efficiently at their convenience.
Texting Service
Texting is more prevalent than ever as a way of communication and we offer a texting service as a way to communicate more convenient, efficient and accountable. Designed for Contractors to conveniently place orders, ask questions, receive specifications docs, send pics and a variety of other efficient and accountable ways to communicate while not being tied up in a phone conversation.
Design-Build assistance
We offer a program that sizes and builds our Duct-Free system based on the specifications provided to ensure proper equipment functioning and sizing.
With complete required information provided we are able to help design and offer layout techniques to help ideal desired system capabilities for prolonging the equipment's life.
Manufacturer sponsored classes
We have partnered with our major equipment Manufacturers to offer Dealer training throughout the year. This Manufacturer training involves a combination of service and installation, troubleshooting, best practices, sales, new product introduction and product certification.
We offer Manufactured training at our local branch or travel to our Contractors shop depending on our Dealers needs.
